Ask HN: Any AI recommendation for both programmers and management team?

So I'm asked to pick AI for my company. Our current survey looks like Google Gemini may suit better for management, but for programmers, seems like claude may serve better, especially with opus 4.5. What do you think?

      something like gaining insights from data, report making, basically making sure communication delivered clearly and effectively

        I don’t think Claude is a bad choice for those tasks. The dev team can also build skills for management to help improve the AI functionality for management. And Claude in Excel is available as preview.
